Right-angle bracket, right-hand version, with an 8.1 mm hole and 18 mm to centre.
It is the fixed point of the installation: it bolts to the chassis, frame or cabinet and takes the end of the gas spring, which pivots on it as it opens.
The 8.1 mm hole takes the pin or bolt of the eyelet. There is a right-hand and a left-hand version (KBIR13 / KBIL13): check which side the spring sits on in your installation.
