How to choose a canopy

Exact fitment comes first: model, generation and year, because bed dimensions change between series even when the commercial name does not. Then check the cab type and bed length, that the mounting uses the vehicle's original anchor points, and, if you intend to fit bars or a roof rack on top, the load the roof will take.

Why stainless steel rather than fibreglass?

It takes impact and load better in professional use and does not fade in the sun. It weighs more than fibreglass, so it costs you some payload.
