Eyelet, 6.1 mm diameter, 18 mm centre, 3 mm thick, M6 thread

Eyelet with a 6.1 mm bore, 18 mm centre distance, 3 mm thickness and M6 thread. It is the end fitting that closes the gas spring rod and joins it to the bracket through a pin or bolt.

All three dimensions have to match your mounting: the 6.1 mm bore sets the pin diameter; the 18 mm to centre sets how far the pivot sits from the rod end, and with it the overall assembled length; and the 3 mm thickness must fit inside the clevis or between the bracket ears.

The M6 thread fits 6/15 and 8/18 series gas springs. Check the thread on your rod before ordering: it is the one figure that cannot be adapted.
