Clevis with pin, 8 mm diameter, 32 mm centre distance and M6 thread.

It screws onto the gas spring rod and joins the assembly to the bracket through the pin supplied. Unlike an eyelet, the joint comes apart: pull the pin and the spring comes off without removing the bracket.

The 8 mm pin has to pass through the hole in your bracket, and the M6 thread is the rod thread, belonging to the 6/15 and 8/18 series. The 32 mm centre distance sets how far the pivot sits from the rod end.
